Custom Build of Enforcement Frame for New Holland Tractor

Here is a fun project we worked on for a customer...
He had a New Holland tractor that needed the bell housing where the loader frame attaches reinforced/ repaired. He brought it to the dealership where he was told it could not be fixed. But... that is not an ok answer in this shop! We fixed it right up....
We designed a frame to reinforce the existing arms so there is no further damage done to the bell housing.

We used four existing threaded bosses on the transmission to bolt our custom framework to...
Crush sleeves are inserted into the tubing so the bolts can be properly torqued without collapsing the tube.

Everything was mig welded into place.

Designed and cut out new 1/2" thick steel gusset plates using plasma cutter (below image: in the middle w/ 5 bolts on it).
Working in close quarters to fit the loader arms back on!

Here is a closer shot of one of the gusset plates.
Had to grind a little to make sure there was no interference between shifting levers.
Critical fitting around all of the hydraulic lines.
And it is complete!
The frame work doubles as a foot step!
This frame isn't going anywhere!
Thanks for stopping by!

We also rebuilt the caster wheel pivot fro the brush hog that goes with this tractor.
